Women’s Self Defense Class to be held at the Putnam County YMCA

A women’s self-defense class will be held on

Saturday April 24

1:00 pm-3:00 pm

at the Putnam County YMCA

for women age 15 years of age and older.

Female self defense is a state of mind and knowing what to do in dangerous situations.

Sensi Jack Fought will teach skills and empower you to defend your life.

During this class you will learn to understand your limitations, develop a plan to survive,

learn defense from attacks, and attacking the attacker.

Dress comfortably and in layers. Remember to bring water.

Release forms will have to be signed- so come a little early.

Medical conditions will need to be disclosed and discussed directly with Jack Fought.

Register at the Putnam County YMCA Welcome Desk by April 17, 2010.
